From prototype agent to accountable production system
We design, build and assure AI systems that verify their own work, wait for the right approvals and leave a record you can audit. Engagements start small and concrete.
01
Production agentic systems
From prototype to production: we design and build agentic systems whose work is verified independently, bounded by budgets and approved by people before it lands.
What you get
- Agent workflows with explicit lifecycles, permissions and approval gates
- Independent verification pipelines — tests, policies and solvers, not self-reports
- Cost and risk budgets enforced in code, with tracing you can hand to ops
- Vendor-neutral architecture so you can change model providers without a rewrite
How it runs
Discovery sprint → pilot build → hand-over or managed evolution

Agent governance & evaluation
Already running agents? We assess what they can touch, build evaluation suites that measure what matters, and add the guardrails and audit trail you will be asked for.
What you get
- Threat-model and permission review of agent tools, data and credentials
- Evaluation suites and adversarial test corpora tied to your acceptance criteria
- Approval workflows and tamper-evident action logs
- Readiness evidence for internal risk, security and compliance review
03
Edge AI assistants
Assistants that live where the work happens — on devices, terminals and on-site hubs — with local speech, offline resilience and the same approval and audit model as our software agents.
What you get
- Voice and touch assistants grounded in your own documents and procedures
- On-site processing so sensitive audio and data stay local
- Human-in-the-loop approvals for anything that moves or changes equipment
- Signed updates and fleet management for devices in the field
04
Formal assurance for AI systems
For the rules that must never be broken, tests are not enough. We specify safety properties formally, prove them, and check that production code conforms.
What you get
- Safety rules written as formal specifications and proved in Lean 4
- Static checks (e.g. Datalog) that code cannot bypass a risk or approval gate
- Conformance fixtures generated from the model and run against production code
- Solver-backed validation (SMT, answer-set programming) for knowledge and policy
